Island Curry Night Launches

Despite the current uncertainty and climate in Singapore, I’m happy to have hosted a table of six wonderful guests in our first Island Curry Night on Saturday, 15th February 2020.

The guests enjoyed a private feast of fiery curries and eclectic dishes inspired by Fiji, the Pacific and Asia. The menu included Pacific Seafood Cerviche and a signature spicy chicken curry and goat curry.

“When a hint of the South Pacific found it's way to Singapore, never again in my life did I think I'd have to chance to try Fijian curry! when i heard @poonssupperclub backstory from @ellomis.sc memories of a time when I was young and reckless afforded me the opportunity to try Indian Fijian curry. It was wonderful to be reacquainted with the smells, tastes and the burn!” A few words from guest Sydney Sijnay (Thanks mate!).
