Our original super hot and savoury chilli sambal with Cantonese fermented salted fish. We first made this spicy sambal on the final episode of ChannelNews Asia's "In Search Of Heat". Homemade in Singapore with chilli, garlic, shallots and fermented salted mackerel. No additional preservatives. Approximately 150gm per jar.
