Savoury, spicy, chewy and super addictive – our craft Five Spice Beef Jerky [五香牛肉干] is made fresh from grass-fed Australian flank steak cuts and seasoned with our freshly ground Poon’s Five Hot Spice Powder and special sauce mix. Slow-dried and cooked to just the right bite texture and chewiness. Available at $15.00 per 100gm (minimum order).

Note: Our beef jerky is made fresh without added preservatives, so need to be enjoyed within 3-5 days. Store dry and cool, away from sun and moisture or in refrigerator.
